Orders are processed and delivered within 6–7 working days from the date the order is placed. This includes the time needed to check each piece for quality before it's packed and dispatched.
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 199 is applied to every order at checkout, regardless of order size or destination. This is calculated automatically, so the total you see before confirming your order is the final amount you'll pay.

We accept returns and refunds within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund promptly.
